Orders & Shipping

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India.
Express shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout. International orders
may take 10–14 business days depending on location.
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a
tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order from the
Track Order page on our website.
Yes, we ship to select countries. International
shipping charges and delivery timelines vary by destination and will be calculated
at checkout.
While we strive to deliver on time, occasional delays

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of
delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original
packaging with all tags intact. Sale items and custom orders are non-returnable.
Email us at care@razzaradhita.com with your order
number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and
arrange a reverse pickup.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds
are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment
method.
Yes, size exchanges are available subject to stock.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request
an exchange.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net
banking, and popular wallets like Paytm and PhonePe. We also offer EMI options on
select cards.
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL
encryption and we partner with trusted payment gateways. We do not
store your full card details.
COD is available for select pin codes within India.
This option will appear at checkout if available for your location.
Only one discount code can be applied
per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with ongoing sale offers unless stated

Most of our pieces are crafted from delicate handwoven
fabrics. We recommend dry cleaning for embroidered pieces. For
other items, gentle hand wash in cold water with mild detergent is advised. Avoid
wringing or tumble drying.
Yes! Every piece from Razza Radhita is handcrafted by
skilled artisans. Slight variations in weave, texture, or color are a hallmark of
handmade craftsmanship and make each piece truly unique.
We work with premium natural fabrics including
handwoven silk, chanderi, cotton, and georgette — sustainably
sourced and artisan-finished.
Store garments in a cool, dry place away from direct
sunlight. Use padded hangers for structured pieces and fold softer fabrics to
prevent stretching.

Yes, we offer made-to-measure for
select styles. Please reach out to us at care@razzaradhita.com with your
measurements and the product you're interested in.
