Razza Radhita is committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Most orders are dispatched within 15–18 business days, with delivery within 7 business days after dispatch. This policy outlines how we handle dispatch, delivery, and any shipping-related concerns.

Order processing & dispatch time +
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 15–18 business days of placement (excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- During sale periods or high-demand launches, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.
Estimated delivery timeframes +
Once dispatched, delivery is expected within up to 7 business days from the dispatch date.

Shipping charges +
We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum order value required.

Tracking your order +
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp.
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.
- If you haven't received tracking details within 48 hours of your order, please contact us.
Failed delivery & re-attempts +
Our courier partners typically make up to 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails:
- The package may be held at the nearest courier facility for a limited time.
- If unclaimed, it will be returned to us and re-shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address, or provide an alternate contact number at checkout.
Damaged or missing items +
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number, a photo of the damaged packaging/product, and a brief description.
- We will assess and resolve the issue promptly — replacement or refund as applicable.
Important
Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Incorrect shipping address +
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Address changes may be possible only before dispatch. Once shipped, we cannot redirect parcels. Contact us immediately at care@razzaradhita.com if you notice an error.
Payment options +
Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways. We receive confirmation details (status, transaction reference), but we do not store full card details on our servers.
Payment methods available: UPI / Cards / NetBanking / Wallets / COD (if applicable).
